§ 10.15. AMENDMENTS TO CODE.

(A)

Amendments to any of the provisions of this Code shall be made by amending such provisions by specific reference to paragraph, subsection or the section number of this Code in the following language: "That of the Code of Ordinances, Town of Manalapan, Florida, is hereby amended to read as follows:..." The new provisions shall then be set out in full as desired.

(B)

If a new paragraph, subsection or section not heretofore existing in the Code is to be added, the following language shall be used: "That the Code of Ordinances, Town of Manalapan, Florida, is hereby amended by adding a , to be numbered , which reads as follows:..." The new paragraph, subsection or section shall then be set out in full as desired.
